Our Story

We don't whisper about menopause — we wear it proudly.

Menopause Made Me Say It started because nothing for us actually felt like us. The shirts said "Hot Mess." The pamphlets said "The Change." Our wardrobes stayed quiet, and so did we. So we made the tees we wanted — honest, a little funny, and cut like something you would actually reach for on a Tuesday.

What we believe

Midlife is not the end of anything. It is the start of your boldest chapter — the one where you know what you like, what you don't, and which restaurant has the best iced coffee on a hot day. Our tees are for the women in that chapter.

How we make them

• Heavier cotton than you would expect. Soft after the first wash, softer after the tenth.
• Printed in small batches so the ink sinks into the fiber instead of sitting on top. No cracking.
• Unisex fit, XS–4X. Same price across every size. Always.
• Hand-wrapped with intention. Linen, wax seal, a card you can pretend you wrote.
