Shipping timelines

We ship from Pennsylvania, United States. Most US orders ship within 48 hours of being placed and arrive within 3–5 business days via USPS or UPS Ground. Shipping is free on orders over $100; orders under $75 ship for a flat $8.

International

Yes, quietly. International shipping rates and duties are calculated at checkout. Transit times vary by destination — expect 7–21 business days. You are the importer of record and are responsible for any duties or taxes assessed on arrival.

Order tracking

You will receive an email with tracking as soon as your order ships. If you do not see it within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or email hello@menopausemademesayit.com.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is marked delivered but you cannot find it, please check with neighbors and your mail carrier first, then email us within 5 days. We will investigate and, where carriers cannot recover the package, replace your order at no charge.
