By using this site and placing orders, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Accuracy of product information

We work hard to show accurate colors, fit details, and prices. Screens vary — actual colors may appear slightly different in person. We reserve the right to correct errors and update pricing without notice.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We may cancel or refuse an order at our discretion (for example, if we suspect fraud, or if an item is out of stock after you order). If we cancel an order you already paid for, we will refund you in full.

Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, copy, photos, and the Menopause Made Me Say It brand are owned by us. You are welcome to photograph yourself wearing our tees and share them. Please do not reproduce or sell the designs.

Limitation of liability

We provide the site and products "as is" without warranties beyond what is required by law. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of North Carolina.
